We slept in until 10 am. That felt really good. Then I cooked and cooked. The results are wonderful! Spanish rice, re fried beans, zucchini and corn casserole,fresh salsa and Chimichangas made with grilled beef and chicken. I marinated the meat over night with lime, vinegar, sugar and spices. It's going to be great! After cooking I took a long hot bath. I could hear Nicole playing the song Dance with Cinderella by Steven Curtis Chapman. The song makes me cry. Nicole graduates God willing in 2011. I see the clouds of change on the horizon. I'm trying not to look too far ahead. I'm trying to simply dance. But soon the clock will strike midnight...I can not believe how quickly the days and years have flown by.
