squash








I took a few photos of the squash we have grown in our garden.  We have 4 kinds of zucchini, summer squash, butternut, spaghetti squash, and snack gourds, and pumpkins.  I also baked squash, peppers, onions and garlic in the oven.  Then I blended the vegetables together with beef bouillon, herbs, and coconut milk.  It made a very good soup.  There is nearly nothing left!  When you bake onions, peppers and garlic they become very sweet and mellow.
