DIY Glazing - A Simple Solution for Warmer Windows

Sounds like a good option, but with a precaution. It is similar to storm windows, which are very effective. However, placing the secondary sheet on the inside of the window most likely will allow condensation to form between the new and primary glazes with no "weep" holes on the outside (primary) window. This will create an environment for mold to grow.
