This is our house in Leimen. We lived there for 8 years. Then we tried to sell it. But the market was bad. It stayed empty for a year. All the time, we fixed it up, and kept trying to sell. So it has a new kitchen, a new heater etc. Finally we rented it out. But I'm still hoping we can sell it. I've had 2 calls from people wanting to buy it in the past week. It's not even on the market. I've just been praying to sell it, and the phone has started to ring. I've learned some things just take time. I love our new house. This is a very good house too, just not big enough for 7 people. The market has changed. I think we could sell it now. And I’m praying God will provide a buyer.
