I found this on a friends blog. Bono says God is with the poor, and if we help the poor God is with us! I agree with him!!! God's heart is for the poor and we need to share His heart! You don't need to share Bono's "one" project to help, but everyone should find a way to help. This is one of Gods highest commands. Read Matthew 25

I am American, and I think this video is so funny and so sad! How could Americans be so stupid?

Nicole and I are listening to the one year Bible every night together. The speaker mentioned the last words of The Queen of England Elizabeth I, who died in 1603. She said,"All my possessions for a moment of time".I thought this was profound! Both Juergen's parents are very ill. It makes me realize how fast this life is flying by. My eye's don't work as well as they once did. I have to color my graying hair. My baby daughter is taller then I am. My possessions don't seem so important to me anymore. I looked up some other dying words of famous people. Some are profound, others funny and others sad. Beautiful. I have good news about Juergen's dad Richard. They ran loads of tests on him, and it is clear he does not need heart surgery! He checked out of the hospital today and was able to go visit Waltrud! That is wonderful! Waltrud is doing well. We need to keep praying for her to recover. When she comes home from the hospital, Richard will be there to care for her! They have been married for 48 years. They are best friends! I am so glad they will continue to be together!

Thank you for your prayers for Juergen's Mom Waltrud and Dad Richard. We can feel your prayers. God has not really given us any answers about the future, but we can feel His control and care. For now, this is all we need!

Juergens mom fell and broke her hip. They went ahead and replaced the hip. Please pray for her healing. Thank you!

I have this funny writing pen that talks like a sarcastic secretary.The pen says something like,"I will get it later boss,after my coffee". Thomas likes the pen,and it has inspired him to start making coffee! We also have a cool new coffee machine, so that has something to do with it! Today he looked at me and said, "Mom, can I make you a cup of coffee"! Oh, I love my Son!!!

Our adoption just got delayed two more weeks. I am pretty down. I am down about Juergens parents and the constant delays in this adoption. I won't park the car here..I'm just feeling sad today. God TV is going to show a live broadcast of one of Bonnkes crusades from Africa February 22-25TH. I am looking forward to watching this amazing event!

Cool Slideshows I can not sleep. I am thinking about getting our travel approval so that we can go to China to adopt our new daughter Sarah. I am thinking about Juergens parents. I need God's wisdom to even know how to pray for them. I was watching God TV, and looking at resources on line at the same time. I found this cool slide show maker. I think it will be nice to use with our photos from China. Juergen will be traveling to Israel (God willing) in March. I am pretty sure we will go to China in April.I use to be so afraid when he took trips to Israel, now I feel it's a privilege to go there. I wish I could go there again!

Both Juergens parents need prayer for healing. His dad Richard has heart surgery February 21, and is mom Waltrud has 3 brain tumors that are fast growing and cancerous. Thank you for praying for healing.
